Booking & Cancellation Policy
My aim is to provide a calm, supportive and professional experience for every client. The following policy helps ensure appointments run smoothly and that everyone's time is respected.
Booking Your Appointment
Appointments can be booked through either completing the online form available in the Booking Page or Contact page, or alternatively via Direct message as outlined in the Booking page available on this website.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking has been successfully made. Please check your booking details carefully and contact me as soon as possible if you notice any errors.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been successfully received through our secure online booking system.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change from time to time; however, any changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.
If you experience any difficulties making payment, please get in touch before your appointment and I will be happy to help.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.
Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other clients.
If you are unable to attend and do not let me know, your appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and may not be eligible for a refund.
Online Sessions
If your appointment is taking place online, please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can speak comfortably and confidentially.
If technical issues arise, every reasonable effort will be made to continue or rearrange the session where appropriate.
